Lately I feel like every time I sit down to write, or get up to dance I go blank. I hit a wall. For the last several months I have been under quite a bit of stress and it’s starting to throw salt into my creative well.
Rather than continue to avoid my creative outlets, I am trying to throw myself back into it. But this makes me nervous as well because I don’t want to poison these things for myself.
So I guess my question is, what helps you overcome these problems? I know the first thing is to de-stress and I am working on that, but it’s not an overnight solution. Tips, tricks and suggestions welcomed!
