Nothing to say

Halfway through my birthday, I started to feel the tiredness settling in to my bones, and since then I haven’t been able to keep my energy levels up.  I suspect a lack of exercise and an overabundance of stress have a lot to do with it, but as a result, I don’t have much to say lately.

I need to find a way to shake this droopy, drowsy, moody feeling.  I’m thinking I need a jog.  Suggestions people?

Take it easy and go with the flow… Sometimes when you need to slow down or the words just aren’t forming up, it’s a good thing to go outside and enjoy nature or just look into the sky. It’s amazing how taking time away from the keyboard can actually get the creative juices flowing again.

It’s true! I think a lot of the issue is that I’ve been running hard at work, and been working on more technical projects. I need to get better at separating myself from that when I’m not in the office.
