Halfway through my birthday, I started to feel the tiredness settling in to my bones, and since then I haven’t been able to keep my energy levels up. I suspect a lack of exercise and an overabundance of stress have a lot to do with it, but as a result, I don’t have much to say lately.
I need to find a way to shake this droopy, drowsy, moody feeling. I’m thinking I need a jog. Suggestions people?
